Monthly update 4(3): March 2018

This is the monthly evidence update produced by the Library at Princess Alice Hospice. We cover staff publications, new guidelines and standards, Cochrane systematic reviews, other systematic reviews and links to other evidence updates relevant to palliative and end of life care.

The monthly update focuses on adult service provision but we do include transition material.

NHS Health Scotland has published Coordination of palliative care in community settings, a rapid evidence review of the components of palliative care models. The review was done to inform the design of change ideas being devised by six test sites across Scotland to support improvement in identification and care coordination of palliative and end of-life care in the community.
